Tim HB Ltd was established in 2004 and is able to offer a broad base of engineering services to clients. It is a small, well-organised practice, consisting of an experienced Chartered Structural Engineer and an experienced Technician Engineer, working together in-house. Both have come through the ‘traditional route', originally working on the drawing board, and carry out engineering calculations and detailing in Acad.
Considerable emphasis is placed upon the provision of the highest quality personal service. The Practice aims to provide a rapid and efficient response to clients' requests and its size facilitates this. The small and dedicated team communicate effectively, enabling any issues arising on a project to quickly be resolved.
All personnel are fee earning allowing overheads to be kept to a minimum, which results in a cost-effective and competitive service provided to clients.
Projects we are involved in are large and small, typically up to a value of approximately £2.5m.
We hold Professional Indemnity Insurance of up to £2.0 million.
